Today we ceremonially break ground on a project that has been in the works for over a decade. It started as a request for help from the City of Thomas and the project was designed around input gathered through a series of community meetings.
Because we believe that dynamic and rich town centers encourage investment, inspire creativity, and bring people together; that they provide housing for all people; that folks make good decisions about the place in which they live; and that positive change is a collaborative process, requiring a long-term commitment of time, focus, and resources — we are in it for the long haul. We understand that this project isn’t late — it’s happening exactly when it was meant to.
The TAProom project is underway now but there’s still plenty of decisions that will affect how it becomes a part of the community so stay tuned, stay in touch, and let’s do this!!
