Edina Education Fund We raise funds to support academic programs and services in Edina Public Schools. We're also the home of the Edina Alumni Association.

We make more possible for every Hornet, every day in the areas of Literacy, Mental Health & Wellness, and STEAM. Common wisdom holds that great schools make great communities. In Edina, we know that the reverse is true as well. Our community consistently stands by our public schools, making them a hallmark in our state and our nation. Today, that community involvement increasingly comes through th

e work of the Edina Education Fund. Since 1995, the Edina Education Fund has been working to support the Edina Public Schools in a variety of ways. We work in partnership with district administration, teachers and staff members to assure that help is being used in the best possible way. Every year, the Edina Education Fund supports individual programs and curriculum development through grants and district-wide initiatives that span all levels of learning and that impact all students in Edina Public Schools.

The Senior Legacy Gift is a wonderful way to honor the Class of 2026 and support the next generation of Hornets. May 15 is Mental Health Action Day. It’s a day focused on moving from awareness to action in supporting mental health.

Mental Health & Wellness is one of the three core pillars of the Edina Education Fund. From providing funds for uninsured and underinsured students to access the Fraser mental health therapists in our buildings to connecting students and staff with opportunities that promote mental well-being to supporting social-emotional learning initiatives that encourage connection and belonging, the Ed Fund is committed to ensuring every Hornet, every day has the resources they need for their mental health.

Together we shared our pride across all 10 Edina Public Schools buildings, around the City of Edina, and beyond!

We also raised more than $13,000 for our students, staff, and programs. Together, we help ensure continued academic excellence for the next generation of Hornets.

Be A Hornet Day is THIS FRIDAY! 📣🐝💚

On May 8, join Edina students, staff, parents, alumni, friends, and fans for a 24-hour celebration of our collective pride in Edina Public Schools and an opportunity to raise funds to help ensure continued educational excellence for every Hornet, every day!

Whether you’re near or far from the hive, wear your Edina green and/or Hornet gear and post photos or videos. Tag and and use hashtag .

Then, support Edina Public Schools by making a gift to an area that matters to you — STEAM, Mental Health & Wellness, Literacy, and more.
