Des Moines Mothers of Multiples Providing fellowship and support to moms, dads, and families raising twins, triplets, and more! As we like to say, "we get it!"

The purpose of our organization is to provide fellowship and support to members and information about the joys and challenges of raising twins, triples, and more in Des Moines and the surrounding areas. As a club we provide support, friendships, and connections with other families who are raising multiples.

Trek the Parks week 4!

Wednesday June 24th - Grays lake with splash pad 3-430
Thursday June 25th - Lions Park Urbandale 930-1130
Friday June 26th - 2 parks in Ankeny- Centennial 930-11 and then Georgetown Park 11-1230 (there is a mid summer event at Centennial Park this day)!

This week we will hit up a few West Des Moines and Des Moines parks!
Tuesday June 16th- 9:30-11:00 Ashawa Park West Des Moines then over to Wild Rose Park West Des Moines from 11-1230!
Thursday June 18th - 3-430 Irving E. park Des Moines with a splash pad.
Friday June 19th 3-430 Burke Park Des Moines with a splash pad!

Family Events: Private Pool Party (Save the Date June 27th), Sky Zone, Center Grove Orchard, Photos/Hot Cocoa with Santa…ALL fully paid for!

Moms and Couples Events: Mom’s Spa Day, Progressive Dinner, Zoo Brew, Duck Pin Bowling... social opportunities!

Philanthropic Activities: Support for NICU families, feminine hygiene product donations to local schools, hosting a multiples baby shower, adopting a family (or two) at Christmas time... and more!

AND most importantly SUPPORT from other moms of multiples who get it!

Trek the Parks Week 2!!!
Join us this next week for 4 parks starting with Sunday the 7th at the kickoff event at the Brenton Arboretum in Dallas center from 1-3.
Thursday June 11th we will try to hit two parks in one morning! Starting with Village Park in Altoona from 9-1030, and then going over to Bondurant City park from 1030-1230. Bring a picnic lunch and swim suits, towels, and water shoes as the Bondurant park has a splash pad.
Finally, Saturday the 13th we will be out at Jester park campground playground from 10-12!

Des Moines Mothers of Multiples Fun Fact Friday!
As part of our philanthropic efforts DMMOM will offer support to families of multiples in need by providing diapers or grocery cards. These are anonymous and based on current availability of resources.

Trek the park! Here is the plan for next week:
Tuesday (June 2nd) 9:30-11:30 am at Horizons Ridge Park in Urbandale.
Wednesday (June 3rd) 3:30-5:30 pm at Barrett Boesen Park Urbandale.
Sunday (June 7th) Kick off party 1-3 pm at The Brenton Arboretum in Dallas Center!

Join us as we take on this fun challenge for the summer and get out of the house with your kiddos!! Hope to see ya’ll there 😊
