Creating a safer community for young people takes all of us.
On the latest episode of Community Difference Makers, United Way of Central Iowa’s Antonio Roddy joins Polk County Attorney Kimberly Graham, Bridget Cravens-Neely, of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Iowa, and host Emily Abbas for a conversation about Central Iowa’s Safe & Thriving Youth Community Plan.
Together, they explore the progress being made to prevent youth violence and how families, schools, mentors, community organizations, and young people all play a role in creating safer, brighter futures for youth across our community.
Community Difference Makers is a podcast collaboration between United Way of Central Iowa and Bankers Trust, taking a deeper look at some of the most pressing issues impacting central Iowa.
