It is time that we share some of the success stories that have come in the over 8 years Valorfit has been Supporting Veterans through fitness

Dao has put in a lot of consistent hard work since joining the Valorfit Crossfit Community

And he has been Surrounded by some truly Amazin folks

Today we completed our first of many Memorial Day events to Honor the Fallen 🇺🇸

We are grateful for Jay Friermuth of Holmes Murphy and Crossfit Waukee owner Reggie Hoegh for continuing to Support the Veterans in our fitness based 501c3 🤝

The Holmes Murphy crew continues to Support Veterans by fundraising consistently, thank you!

Today we Honored those Who Sacrificed their Lives in Support of our most beautiful country 😇

It is and Always will be our goal to Support folks when they return Home through Fitness so they know they aren't alone with their thoughts

Leah fully understands and gets how and why Veterans cope in certain ways and we are F'n Grateful for her years of Dedicated Service to the Veteran Community 🤝
