Holmes Murphy 🫶

Today we completed our first of many Memorial Day events to Honor the Fallen 🇺🇸

We are grateful for Jay Friermuth of Holmes Murphy and Crossfit Waukee owner Reggie Hoegh for continuing to Support the Veterans in our fitness based 501c3 🤝

The Holmes Murphy crew continues to Support Veterans by fundraising consistently, thank you!

Today we Honored those Who Sacrificed their Lives in Support of our most beautiful country 😇

The Valorfit organization chooses to Honor the Fallen and Support those Veterans who struggle with the transition to Civilian life

It's goin V well so we are expanding broadening our horizons reach more Veterans, Effectively

Both gents are solid dudes with phenomenal backgrounds

Both gents are also V Grateful and are making themselves a real priority again

Brandie reached out to Valorfit because she recognized that she Needed a change Mentally & Physically

She is finding that change at 🫶

Sometimes events take place during Service to their Country that changes the course a Veteran will take

We are Proud to provide and Opportunity to work through that with fitness

While deployed to Afghanistan with her husband Bramdie said "he always tells this story about how I was stuck on a mountain after being ambushed several times for 3 days and he couldn't do anything and they had to make him sleep. It wasn't save for the Quick Reactionary Force to come out yet"

Brandie won the March Commitment Club Award at 1209 and it's safe to say she likes where she's at 🫡

It just so happens that the Support she is getting is comin from one of our Real Life Homies 🫶

Maggie is F'n Cool

The way this Life works is really Special sometimes

This is one of those times

Life isn't Always Fair

Sometimes unthinkable things happen to Great People

But sometimes it only takes letting one person in for those things to take a backseat to what is in front of US ☀️

There are currently 31 Veterans going through background checks to receive Support from Valorfit throughout the US

We are doing our V best

Patrick said he wanted to get back into fitness because he knows that his Physical Health is directly correlated to his Mentall Health

It is and Always will be our goal to Support folks when they return Home through Fitness so they know they aren't alone with their thoughts

Leah fully understands and gets how and why Veterans cope in certain ways and we are F'n Grateful for her years of Dedicated Service to the Veteran Community 🤝
