Common Ground Free Store is looking for a Part-Time Store Manager to join our mission-driven team!
We’re looking for someone who is faith-driven, compassionate, organized, and a natural leader who enjoys working with volunteers and serving people in our community.
Minimum 2 evenings/week
Monday, Tuesday or Thursday 4:45–8:45 PM
+ 1 Saturday/month 8:45 AM–12:45 PM
Retail experience is a plus, but not required!

Today, we had the unexpected joy of welcoming Damon Darling to Common Ground—and he didn’t come empty-handed. He blessed us with a $1,000 gift to help us continue serving our community.
But honestly, it wasn’t just the money that touched us. It was the heart behind it.
Damon has made a name for himself by giving to people who need a little help, and today, that generosity found its way to Common Ground. We are so grateful that he chose to stop in!

We find that a lot of people still don’t realize that Common Ground serves meals 5 days a week!!
Last year, our volunteers helped us serve more than 22,000 meals to people in our community. Today, we are serving 145–185 meals at a time and the need continues to grow!
⭐️ We need your help to keep up. Right now, we have a significant need for food over the next two weeks. ⭐️
Would you be willing to bring a meal - or even just a portion of a meal - to help us feed our neighbors?
Please don’t think a small amount won’t help. Every casserole, crockpot, tray, or package of buns/chips/fruit makes a difference.
Please consider signing up to provide a meal. Your generosity will put food on a plate and, just as importantly, remind someone that their community cares about them. ❤️
