RiverWest Partners recently purchased the former Allied Storage buildings at 15 Flax Street, in Delaware, OH. We are currently considering how to enhance Delaware's Eastside neighborhood with a new development project on the site and are looking for neighbor feedback and insight. We will be hosting an open conversation on Feb 2nd at Homestead Brewing (Food Truck Depot) from 5 - 7 pm. We will not be presenting anything and have no prescribed agenda aside from getting to know neighbors and what you think could be beneficial to be built on the site. Some food and beverage will be provided. Please tell Eastside friends and neighbors to join us for the conversation!
