Great internships are built in the room, not on a screen. Structured, in-person immersion is the difference between a summer that fills a seat and a summer that changes how your team works. SOTC interns join your organization on site in Cleveland, alongside the colleagues and mentors who shape their careers.

What in-person placement delivers:
✔️ Real-Time Mentorship: Guidance that happens in the hallway, not three days later in an email
✔️ Faster Integration: Interns contribute to live projects within their first weeks
✔️ Genuine Team Fit: You see how a student works long before you consider them for a full-time role
✔️ Community Roots: Students experience Cleveland as a place to live and build a career

A Cleveland summer is a competitive advantage : for students and for the employers who host them. Explore employer partnership: https://hubs.li/Q04xh0Sm0
