The future of manufacturing is looking pretty sweet! 🍬
At Junior Achievement’s Career Expo in Springfield this week, the DRMA team met some impressive young entrepreneurs who are already putting their manufacturing skills to work!
These students stopped by our booth to share their cotton candy business, talk about their manufacturing process, and even show off their website!
We love seeing the next generation of manufacturers bringing their ideas to life. Who knows? We might just see these young innovators at a future DRMA event!

A great evening celebrating community, opportunity, and success! 👏
DRMA was proud to support our partners at The Dayton Equity Center’s Emerge event last Friday. The evening highlighted inspiring WorkAdvance success stories, including individuals working at BIMAC Precision Castings, Dayton-Phoenix Group, Inc., and Staub Manufacturing Solutions. We were also excited to see DRMA member Noel Davis (JBK/BIMAC) recognized with an award!
Guests enjoyed a tour of The Michael and Debbie Carter Center for American History, live jazz, and an inspiring keynote from the Honorable Judge Walter Rice.

A special thank you to The Dayton Equity Center, a longtime WorkAdvance partner that has helped connect more than 120 individuals with meaningful employment opportunities.
