Montgomery County Artist Opportunity Grant applications are due this Friday.

Montgomery County artists may request between $500 and $5,000 to pursue a specific professional development opportunity or create new work that advances their artistic practice.

Completed applications must be submitted through the Community Force portal by Friday, September 4, at 4:00 p.m. ET.

Applicants are encouraged to review all sections and submit before the final hours of the application period.

Receive feedback before submitting your Montgomery County Artist Opportunity Grant application.

Culture Works will host a virtual Peer Review Workshop on Monday, August 31, at 3:00 p.m.

Applicants may bring a full draft or focus on individual sections where they need additional guidance. Participants will have an opportunity to receive feedback from experienced grant writers, past grantees and fellow applicants.

What a night! Thank you to everyone who made the 8th Annual Artini such a memorable celebration of art, creativity and community.

We are especially grateful to the talented artists and restaurant teams who brought each pairing to life—and to the volunteers who generously shared their time to keep the evening running smoothly.

Thank you to the Dayton Masonic Center for providing such a beautiful setting, the Deron Bell Band for filling the evening with music, and our incredible event partners: Plum Vintage Barware, Elite Catering, Shon Curtis Photography, Come Sunday Videography and Legacy Event Group.
