Our preschoolers explored different food groups by creating colorful fruits with Play-Doh. They made blueberries 🫐, apples 🍎, and grapes 🍇 with Ms. Sarah and Ms. CoCo. This hands-on activity encouraged creativity and self-expression while strengthening fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and early awareness of healthy foods.

Happy Wednesday! I am inviting everyone to Kindly please follow our Pop Up Preschool page.

Activity: Sorting Math and Health Food 🍎🥦

Our preschoolers explored sorting in Math using one attribute at a time—first by color, then by size. 🔴🟡🔵📏

We also had fun creating our own healthy plates as we “pretended” to choose foods from the five food groups. 🍞🥛🍗 This was a wonderful way to learn about making healthy food choices!

We continued practicing beginning sounds and will keep working with this week’s letters: Zz, Qq, and Uu. 🔤

For our Read Aloud #1, we followed Farley as he followed his nose and discovered many wonderful smells throughout the story. 👃📖 What a fun and meaningful start to our week!
