🏡 Connecting Our Community to Homeownership Opportunities

Our Planning & Acquisition Manager, Susan Vincent, recently presented to the Homeless Solutions Policy Board about the Welcome Home Ohio program and the opportunities it provides to help expand access to homeownership and affordable housing.

Susan shared information about how the Montgomery County Land Bank can utilize the program as part of our ongoing efforts to transform properties and create more housing opportunities throughout Montgomery County.
She also presented to members of the Affordable Housing Options Committee (AHOC) and the Housing Advisory Board (HAB), helping strengthen collaboration among local partners working to address housing needs in our community.

Thank you to everyone who joined the conversation and continues to work toward creating more affordable housing opportunities for Montgomery County residents.
