What a way to close out Kingmaker 2026. 👑💐

Our final Kingmaker Conversation: Black Boy Brunch was beautiful. We laughed, poured into one another, shared good brotherhood, raised our faux margaritas for a toast 🥂, and made sure our Kings received their flowers while they were here to receive them.

We ended the year with BIG energy, love, and brotherhood. 🖤

Peace in action! ✌🏾

Youth House was proud to participate in the Youth Peace March in partnership with the Dayton IOTAS. Thank you to The Omega CDC for creating an opportunity to serve our youth and promote peace throughout our community.

Together, we distributed Youth Peace Packs filled with essential resources and invited young people and families to sign a pledge for peace.

Black men serve. Black men lead. Black men take responsibility for our youth. Peace begins with us! 🖤

Black men build. Black men serve. And these men are proof. 👑

At our latest Kingmaker Committee meeting, Black men came together not just to talk about community—but to build for it.

Together, we prepared 200 care packages that will be distributed at upcoming community events serving youth and families across Dayton.

Special thank you to the Dayton IOTAS for partnering with us to purchase supplies, pack resources, and serve alongside us.

This is what the Village looks like: Black men showing up, working together, and investing in our community.

Big things come from small rooms. 👑

About 25 Black men and boys showed up for our August Kingmaker Conversation—and the conversation was BIG.

Brothers talked, challenged each other, laughed, listened, and built community. Black boys were in the room adding their voices right alongside Black men.

This is what Kingmaker is about: creating the room, building the brotherhood, and trusting what can grow from it.

We’re building something special. For us, by us.
