Please join us in welcoming 13 new team members who joined Care Dimensions in May!

From clinical care to administrative support, each person brings valuable experience, unique talents, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of patients and families. As part of their introduction to the Care Dimensions community, we asked them to share a little about their professional journey, a fun fact about themselves, and what inspired them to become part of our team.

We're grateful to have them on board and excited about the impact they'll make. We're currently hiring for a variety of clinical, administrative, finance, and support roles. Learn more and explore current opportunities at CareDimensions.org/Apply.

As part of our ongoing recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, our HR team recently hosted the 3rd Annual Rooted in Care celebration, a meaningful tradition focused on wellness, connection, and self-care for our Care Dimensions team.

Team members were invited to select a plant to take home and nurture. During plant pick-up at our Danvers offices, staff had the opportunity to connect with coworkers, share conversations, and enjoy a moment of community together.

At Care Dimensions, we remain committed to supporting the emotional wellness of our team and creating opportunities that encourage connection, reflection, and care for one another.

Special thanks to Nicole, Total Rewards Specialist at Care Dimensions, pictured right in the second photo, for her work in organizing this event.

For 25 years, Camp Stepping Stones has brought children and families together to find comfort, connection, and support after the loss of a loved one.

For Judith and her two young children, camp became a place of healing and community following the passing of her husband and their father.

“I’ll never forget the day I walked in. There were kids running around. They were smiling. They were laughing. I couldn’t believe it. I was amazed that these were all children who had lost a parent,” Judith shared.

Through creative activities, shared stories, and supportive connections, Camp Stepping Stones continues to help families navigate grief by building friendships, understanding, and a sense of belonging.

Spots for Camp are still available, but filling quickly. The registration deadline is June 12th! Reserve your spot for this meaningful day at: CareDimensions.org/Camp

On Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave individuals who served our country and made countless sacrifices for our freedom.

Located on the grounds of the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers, the Veterans Memorial Garden was thoughtfully designed and built in 2014 by Tyler Tringale as part of his Eagle Scout project with Troop 88 in Peabody. Created in honor of his grandfather, Frank J. Lowry Jr., a Navy veteran of World War II and Lynn Police Lieutenant who received care at Kaplan Family Hospice House, the garden serves as a lasting tribute to all who have served in the Armed Forces.

Commemorative plaques representing each branch of the military adorn the space, creating a peaceful place for reflection, gratitude, and remembrance for patients, families, and visitors.

In a continued effort to educate the public about dementia support resources available through Care Dimensions, Dr. Anna Chon, MD, Director of Palliative Care at Care Dimensions, recently visited the Robb Center in Andover, Massachusetts, to speak during the Andover Elder Services Open House.

During her presentation, Dr. Chon discussed the GUIDE initiative (Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience), a nationwide Medicare program designed to support individuals living with dementia and the caregivers who care for them. Care Dimensions is proud to be one of the selected Medicare providers offering GUIDE services in Massachusetts.

Dr. Chon highlighted how the GUIDE program helps individuals living with dementia remain safely and comfortably at home through education, care coordination, caregiver support, and access to valuable resources, helping families feel more supported, informed, and connected throughout their journey.
