Roger and Jeanne's story is a powerful reminder of the difference early support from palliative and hospice care can make. After sharing a lifetime of adventure, service, and devotion to their family, they both received palliative care through Care Dimensions, gaining an extra layer of support to help manage serious illness, navigate changes in health, and plan for the future.

As their needs evolved, Roger and later Jeanne each made a seamless transition from palliative care to hospice through Care Dimensions. This continuity of care allowed them to remain in familiar surroundings while receiving compassionate, coordinated support tailored to their goals and wishes.

“We really cherished the care both my parents received from Care Dimensions,” said their daughter, Liz. “Because of their team, my parents were able to live their remaining years in their marital home with quality. This was always their ultimate wish.”

At Care Dimensions, our palliative and hospice care teams work together to ensure patients and families receive the right care at the right time, providing comfort, guidance, and support every step of the way.

Being a Certified Nursing Assistant is about more than providing hands-on care. It’s about building meaningful connections, offering comfort, and bringing moments of joy to patients and families.

In this video, Moses shares a heartwarming story about a conversation with a 104-year-old patient and reflects on how the relationships he builds with those in his care make his work so rewarding. The joy he feels when seeing his patients, and the joy they feel when seeing him, is one of the many reasons he loves what he does.

We're proud to continue celebrating Moses and all of the extraordinary CNAs who bring compassion, comfort, and dignity to those we serve every day.

This week, our team welcomed the start of summer with a sweet treat from our friends at The Cookie Monstah.

Thanks to our HR team, ice cream sandwiches were delivered to our administrative offices, the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers, and the Care Dimensions Hospice House in Lincoln.

At Care Dimensions, caring for others begins with caring for our team. Moments like these give colleagues across our organization an opportunity to connect, recharge, and strengthen the relationships that help us provide compassionate care to patients and families every day.

It was a wonderful afternoon filled with smiles, conversation, and a little taste of summer.
