Staff Spotlight! Our very own ARTIST!

🐯💛💙STAFF SPOTLIGHT: AVA BAILEY 💙💛🐯

This week, we’re shining the spotlight on one of the smiling faces behind the delicious meals served at Pine View, Ms. Ava Bailey!

👩🏾‍🍳A Little About Ms. Bailey: Entrepreneur, artist, hairstylist, lunch technician, and future baker extraordinaire - is there anything she can’t do?! Ava attended college for art, owns an online business, does hair on the side, works full-time at Pine View, AND is launching her very own baking business! Talk about a woman with ambition!

💙Why Pine View? Ava came to Pine View looking for consistency and a chance to do something she loves. She loves being in the kitchen! One of her favorite parts of the job is hearing students say “You have the best food!” She also appreciates the opportunity to learn from people of different backgrounds and loves the pride her coworkers share in representing our school.

💛When asked what she’s most proud of, Ms. Bailey is especially proud of discovering what her dream truly is and having the courage to pursue it! She’s proof that it’s never too late to chase your passions and keep growing.

🌿Outside of Pine View: Ava enjoys hiking, crafting, making home-cooked meals, and catching up on some well-deserved naps!

💍A Fun Fact: 2027 is bringing BIG things! Ava will be getting married, becoming a pastor’s wife and First Lady, and pursuing her baking business full time!

💙What Pine View loves about you: Ava’s contagious smile, beautiful spirit, and passion for life make her such a special part of our Pine View family. While we’ll certainly miss her when she begins her next chapter, we’re so excited to watch her dreams unfold! Thank you for serving our Tigers with heart and reminding us that leaders grow wherever their passions take them! 💛🐯

Important info.

10/27/2026

Hey Lions, we know everyone is on pins and needles waiting to hear if we made the final round. We’re anxious, too, but wanted to send out a reminder of what we need from YOU if we get the call: keep sharing, posting, and spreading the word so that if we make it to the final round we can kick it off firing on all cylinders! We would not have made it this far without you, and we’ll need EVERYONE if we are going to win this thing!

One team. One community. One region. One vote!
