Where will the Honor Flight San Diego team be tomorrow? Well, we are dividing and conquering!

Please join us at one of the two events tomorrow, or even better, join us at both! Both events are open to the public and free to attend.

There will be a fundraiser at the Chula Vista Elks Lodge for us, and we'll have a table for you to swing by and pick up some new Honor Flight San Diego gear. Also tomorrow is the 70th Annual Massing of the Colors Ceremony at Spreckels Pavilion in Balboa Park. Mel will be presenting her "Old Glory" to the audience.

Let us know if you'll be joining us tomorrow! We hope to see you there.

It is ! Who knew?

Please join us this Saturday at the Chula Vista Elks Lodge
for a Trunk or Treat Car and Bike Show! The show is open to the public from 8 am to 2:30 pm.

Plus it is a fundraiser for Honor Flight San Diego! Proceeds from this event help to get senior Veterans on THEIR Honor Flight.

Thank you 103.7 KSON for giving Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association Chapter 33-1 the opportunity to share about the Heroes Luncheon and fundraiser happening this Saturday. It is at the Escondido Elks Lodge #1687 starting at 11 am and it is open to the public!

You can help to get more HEROES on THEIR Honor Flight by joining us for a delicious meal and who doesn't ❤ lasagna? The best part is meeting the 17 WWII, Korean War, and Vietnam War HEROES who will be honored this day, plus a special appearance by CAPT Royce Williams, the newest and oldest Medal of Honor recipient!

Tickets are just $25 through Friday and $30 at the door. You can get your tickets by going to: www.cvma331.org

Happening this week - Please join us!

Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association® Chapter 33-1 will hold its 6th Annual Heroes Luncheon on Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 11 am to 1 pm at the Elks Lodge, 1687 Escondido Elks Lodge #1687, 2430 S. Escondido Blvd., Escondido, CA.

The luncheon will honor 17 WWII, Korean War, and Vietnam War veterans, with Medal of Honor recipient CAPT Royce E. Williams, USN (Ret.), attending as Guest of Honor. 🇺🇸

This is also a fundraiser for Honor Flight San Diego. Tickets are $25 in advance through October 9 and $30 at the door and include a lasagna lunch. All proceeds from this event get more Veterans on their Honor Flight!

CVMA Chapter 33-1 is a 501(c)(19) nonprofit organization established August 12, 2008, and is California’s original CVMA chapter.

We are boarded and getting ready to push back with 90 Korean War and Vietnam War Veterans! 🇺🇸

Let’s give these heroes the homecoming they deserve at San Diego International Airport. We are scheduled for 1:15 pm arrival to Terminal 2.

The welcome home is open to the public, family-friendly, and free to attend.

Big thank you to Alaska Airlines for always sending us the best flight crews! ✈️
