Whether providing transportation, delivering groceries, lending a helping hand at home, or simply spending time with a neighbor, every act of kindness strengthens our community and makes a lasting difference in the lives of Coronado seniors.

In partnership with the Coronado Senior Association, we're proud to launch Phase Two of Neighbors in Need: Serving Seniors, expanding the commitment to helping older adults throughout Coronado live safely, independently, and with greater connection.
In addition to Seniors A GoGo, the free transportation program through ElderHelp os San Diego, Neighbors in Need Phase Two now offers:�

• Errands (including grocery shopping and prescription pick-ups)�• Help at Home�
• Friendly Visits�
• Caregiver Respite

Nearly 24% of Coronado's population is over the age of 65, and many older adults—and their caregivers—can benefit from an extra helping hand. With the support of dedicated volunteers, we're expanding services to meet these growing needs and strengthen our community.

Whether you're looking for assistance, interested in volunteering, or would like to help make this program possible through a donation, we invite you to join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of Coronado seniors.

Join us in celebrating the 250th anniversary of America! CHA's latest exhibit, "Moments that Made US," in collaboration with History Colorado and locally sponsored by Coronado Community Foundation, opens on July 1. The exhibit explores local and national history through the values instilled in the Declaration of Independence. Also, at the heart of the exhibit is a community-made mural of the American Flag!

CCF was proud to provide grant funding to The Coronado Historical Association's collaborative mural project celebrating America's 250th birthday!

This mural brought Coronado residents together to honor our nation's history through public art, creative expression, and community engagement.

Through a round of Arts & Culture grants, CCF proudly distributed more than $42,000 to local nonprofits supporting local music, performing arts, arts education, and beloved community events.

CCF helped bring arts and culture to life across Coronado, including supporting the replacement of Lamb's Players Theatre aging headset communication system, an essential tool that enables seamless coordination among staff and volunteers during performances and events.
