Coronado Fourth of July Coronado Fourth of July is a 501C3 nonprofit Tax ID #85-3107321, presenting the 4th Parade and Events We host one of the largest parades on the West Coast.

This is the greatest place to spend your time on Independence Day. The festivities have been created by a committee of local residents for the last 72 years, and gets support from the City of Coronado for safety and logistics. Entries come from all branches of the U.S. Military, bands from near and far, civic groups and more. A spectacular fireworks display ends the day over Glorietta Bay, and includes views of many additional fireworks shows around San Diego Bay.

🇺🇸💥 One of the most beloved traditions of the Coronado Fourth of July celebration is the Parade—and this year’s lineup is packed with creativity, patriotism, music, community spirit, and plenty of fun surprises along the route!

From decorated floats and marching groups to military participants, community organizations, performers, classic vehicles, and special guests, there’s something new to discover around every corner. Be sure to arrive early and find your favorite viewing spot!

And the fun doesn’t stop when the parade ends. Make a day of it with live entertainment, family activities, the Kids Concert, community gatherings, and of course, our spectacular evening fireworks show over Glorietta Bay.

Whether you're a longtime Coronado resident or visiting for the holiday weekend, we invite you to celebrate America's birthday with us during this unforgettable day of community, tradition, and hometown pride.
