We had a wonderful time at Dogwood Park for Upper Cumberland NAACP’s Juneteenth celebration! ❤️

Families learned about SAMHSA’s Talk, They Hear You campaign and the power that parents have in preventing youth substance use. A great way to connect and start those meaningful conversations is through crafting- so of course we brought a bracelet station! 🗣️

Our region’s Lifeline Peer Project coordinator joined us and trained 30 people on using Opioid Overdose Reversal kits. Putnam County Mayor Randy Porter, was trained to save a life with a spray and took a kit to his office 🛟
