Every life has a story, and every story has the promise of hope.

No one should have to navigate grief alone. At Heart of the Cumberland, our free, Christ-centered grief support groups provide a safe, welcoming place to connect with others who understand, share your story, and discover hope along the way.

Registration is now open for Session 1 of 2027!

We offer a variety of focus groups designed to bring together individuals navigating similar experiences of grief and loss. Whether your loss is recent or you've been carrying it for years, you are welcome here.

In the United States 𝟭 𝐢𝐧 𝟰 pregnancies ends in loss. Behind that statistic are countless families carrying stories of love, hope, grief, and remembrance.

Come hear inspiring stories of hope and healing, celebrate the impact of our grief support programs, and discover how Heart of the Cumberland is making a difference in the lives of grieving children, adults, and families throughout our community.

Whether you've been part of the Heart of the Cumberland family for years or are just learning about our ministry, we would love for you to join us!

As our Session 3 groups wrap up next week, our next session is right around the corner. Holiday Grief Groups begin November 10 and continue through December 29.
These groups are open to anyone grieving the death of someone they love. Whether your loss is recent or happened years ago, you are welcome to join us.
