All smiles for the Kidsville Family Festival! 😁

This past Saturday, Nashville's Centennial Park came to life for the annual Kidsville Family Festival. It was a fun-filled day of performances, crafts, games, face painting, food trucks, character meet and greets, and more. Ollie was grateful to attend and so happy to meet some paw-some new friends in Music City!

Introducing: The Ollie Otter Story 🎉

This book chronicles the Ollie Otter program’s growth from Carol Coleman's original idea to a statewide initiative, recognizing the contributions of the Tennessee Road Builders Association, Tennessee Tech's iCube, and the Tennessee Highway Safety Office. Together, these organizations have helped share Ollie’s important traffic safety messages with more than 1.35 million school children over the past 20 years.

Written by Bo Roberts and Dr. Amanda Powell, The Ollie Otter Story offers an opportunity to reflect on the people and passion behind the Ollie Otter program and the lasting impact of its mission.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has contributed to, supported, and believed in Ollie Otter over the past 20 years! Thank you for being part of this journey and helping make a lasting difference in the lives of so many children. We look ahead to the future of the program with much anticipation and excitement for what lies ahead!

It's National Seat Check Saturday!

A car seat check is an opportunity for a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) to look at your child’s car seat, check the installation, and make sure your child is properly secured. The technician can also answer questions and show you how to use the seat correctly!

Ollie Otter joined the White County Health Department's Community Baby Shower this week for a free Car Seat Safety Check! 🧡

It was a fun day of play, community, and, of course, child passenger safety tips.

Thanks to all the families who joined us — keeping our smallest passengers safe is always worth the stop!

The Ollie Corner is officially open! 🎉

Ollie and his coordinator, Maelybeth, recently welcomed a group of paw-some kids from Tennessee Tech University’s CDL to the brand-new Ollie Corner, located right here at iCube at Tennessee Tech University—Ollie’s home!

The kids learned all about the rules of the road, how to be safe passengers, and, of course, got the chance to give Ollie some of their strongest high-fives! 👋

While Ollie LOVES traveling around to meet new friends at schools and community events, the Ollie Corner gives him a special place to also share his message right from his very own home at Tennessee Tech! 🏠💜

We can't wait to host more groups in the Ollie Corner—This is just the beginning!

Ollie had a blast at Cane Creek's Back to School Bash! He got to meet some amazing kids and helped them get hyped up for the 26-27 school year!
