Next week is a great time to earn CE credits at UCAR!

On June 24, join us for the THDA Great Choice Mortgage Program and learn how this program can help buyers overcome a major barrier by giving them access to down payment assistance. Light lunch will be provided.

Then on June 26, join us for CRS Data and learn how to search tax records, understand county assessor information, and interpret property reports.

Both classes will be held at the UCAR office. Register through NAVICA to reserve your spot!

Members can find both the marked-up version and the clean copy in NAVICA under the Resources tab, then Documents.

This begins the three-month review period before the official vote at our September Membership Election Meeting. Members are encouraged to review the proposed updates and share any questions, concerns, or feedback during this time.

Each year, REALTORSĀ® from across the country gather in Washington, D.C. for the REALTORSĀ® National Association of REALTORSĀ® Legislative Meetings, bringing together industry leaders, policymakers, and association volunteers to discuss the issues shaping the future of real estate.

The conference provides opportunities to learn about emerging industry trends, hear directly from national leaders, engage in advocacy discussions, and bring valuable insights back to local associations and communities.

This year, Ucar Cookeville will be represented by President Victor Bullard and President-Elect Libby Capps as they attend meetings, educational sessions, and leadership discussions on behalf of our membership.

We wish Victor and Libby safe travels and a productive week in Washington. We appreciate their willingness to represent the interests of Upper Cumberland REALTORSĀ® and look forward to hearing their key takeaways and insights when they return.
