Wagons Ho Ho Ho is a charity founded on delivering Christmas hope to families in need during the holidays. Fundraising, food sourcing, partner outreach, wagon buying ... there’s so much that goes into our annual BUILD DAY at Wagons Ho Ho Ho. Every year, Wagons Ho Ho Ho is lifted by people with huge hearts… and this crew is one of the best examples of that spirit. ❤️🎄

Dianne Moore and her Elf Squad didn’t just show up to build wagons — they showed in the months leading to BUILD DAY to fundraise, rally support, spread the mission, and make sure more families in Central Ohio had a Christmas dinner and wagons waiting for them.

This is what community looks like.

A group deciding that “good enough” isn’t enough — not when families need hope.

Sub-freezing temps. One U-Haul. 5,000 lbs of food.

That's right ... 5,000 pounds of food was packed and delivered to the Holy Family Food Pantry — thanks to all of you, our volunteers who not only put in hours building the wagons, but brought food to the build site as well, with the goal of filling one pantry's shelves.

To everyone who donated food, hauled wagons, froze in the snow to make their way to us, and made sure Central Ohio families have a Christmas meal — thank you.

Your kindness and generosity feeds stomachs… and brings hope... Because every child deserves a Christmas. 🎁❤️

It might not have been the best weather for our 2025 build day, however neither rain nor snow nor sleet nor hail will hold us back. The wagons must forward!

We're also very very grateful for our charity partners (like A Plus Arts Academy) ... Those that have access to children in dire need, and who we're able to help each and every season.

Well, we did it ... That's a wrap on Wagons Ho Ho Ho 2025!

There's no possible way that we could possibly or adequately thank our volunteer builders, food packers, wagon pullers and hospitality volunteers who gave so much to make it special. 900 of you in all!

But without our groups, fundraisers, food drivers and charity partners.... There would be no Wagons Ho Ho Ho! We love all of you!! We sure are the lucky ones!

Well, Build Day must be tomorrow ... the wagons have ARRIVED at the community center, waiting for 900 VOLUNTEERS TO ARRIVE tomorrow to build and send them on their was to kids in dire needs ... and thank you U.S. Cargo for bringing them all to us 🫶

And don't forget that Christmas dinner in each of them 😍🧑‍🎄🎅 It's going to be a GREAT DAY !!

Some photos just capture the heart of Wagons Ho Ho Ho — and this is one of them. ❤️💚💙🤍

This wonderful couple volunteered side by side for years, building wagons and spreading joy together. Dave's wife has since passed, but her spirit lives on in moments just like this — in his smile, his service, and in his love for Wagons Ho Ho Ho.

This is what our BUILD DAY does: strangers become friends, friends become family, and the room fills with a kind of kindness you can feel.

Thank you Dave for continuing her legacy. Your love and generosity touch more families than you’ll ever know.

Every year, some of our builders return — not just for one annual Build Day, but for two, three, seven, even ten years in a row!

They come back because they’ve seen the magic firsthand: the smiles that these wagons bring, the meals that fill bellies, and the love that spreads from one act of kindness to hundreds of families in need and the Community it builds!

Our repeat builders remind us that the best traditions are the ones that give back.
