Our legislative director, Tinu Okotore, just published a post outlining the negative impacts of policies like Texas' SB-13. She says "Policies like this will stifle economic innovation and discourage responsible business practices that benefit people and the planet. Ohio businesses deserve the freedom to invest sustainably without fear of government penalties." Let's hope that our legislators listen to responsible business and investors.
