A daughter. A son-in-law. A 1-year-old grandson. All dead.

Their family says Republicans used the crash that killed them in a political ad supporting Jon Husted without permission.

They asked that their loved ones be taken out of politics.

“Lynnea and Luke were not political symbols.”

The family says it contacted Husted’s campaign twice.

No response.

The NRSC says its ad campaign will continue.
