Columbus Ohio Local 304!!! I want to remind you all of something. Local management is continuing to mess up our pay. If you call out be certain to fill out your own 3971 upon your return to work. Ensure you have the leave requested. If not tell them what leave you want to use. Check your time early and often! If your time is incorrect inform your immediate supervisor of the error. Ask your SDO print your time out for you if you need to. Don’t call out and assume your time is correct!!! It probably isn’t. If your pay is not correct file a grievance and ask for a make whole remedy. Which will include any late fees for any bills as a result of that error in pay.
This is absolutely ridiculous and it has to be stopped!!!

Also, don’t forget about the Mail Handler Family and Members Cookout on Saturday 9-26-2026. 12-8pm Friendship Park 150 Oklahoma Ave 43230

You are NOT mandated to sign any other form outside of your leave slip(PS Form 3971). There is an EMPLOYEE RESPONSIBILITIES form that supervisors are pushing on employees to sign. YOU DO NOT NEED TO SIGN THIS FORM!!! 👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾 This form will be used against you for disciplinary action!!! Sign at your own discretion!!! Thank you for your attention to this matter.
