Photo dump of PAX across F³ Midlands these past few weeks, in F³ we call these events, Completely Stupid and Utterly Pointless. Except the thing is, they aren't.

What may seem like a challenge that is only for crazy people turns into a lifetime of memories with the people you love. Whether that's the guys you know you can call at 2am when something's gone wrong at the house, family or when your life has been turned upside down. To spreading the love of fitness and impacting charitable organizations with our kids.

Running in the mountains on the Blue Ridge Relay, supporting Camp Kemo at Light Up for Leah or running full speed down Lee Street at the Hero Hustle 5k supporting Palmetto Place for children the PAX aim to be High Impact Men for their families and communities.

A Happy 3 year anniversary to F³ Gamble, F³ Columbia's earliest starting, Wild Card AO.

Mostly running, but no stranger to bootcamping, kettlebelling, mobility and stretching, Murphing and more!

For when that 0530 time slot isn't early enough.

Come and roll the dice with us, 5am every Monday and Wednesday at the front parking lot of Dreher High School. (DM or email us if you want to join, just in case there's a location change that morning).

Several PAX from F³ Columbia took on the University of South Carolina Army ROTC Stair Challenge this past Friday in honor of the lives lost and heroism of other Americans 25 years ago.

T-Claps to Spot for leading the effort.

The Region encourages the PAX to take a moment of silence and reflection to remember.

20 PAX for a 13 year anniversary celebration of F³ Thunder!

The PAX got beat up by the likes of a combined Phlegm, Kerrigan and Cesspool Q. A high quality beatdown from high impact men. Burpee/Squat ladders, pull-ups, Abs with no hands under your butt and backwards wheelbarrows, oh my! Lots of grumblechatter this morning. Coffee in the parking lot brought the PAX some cheer after the beatdown.

Thunder has been servicing any and all men who can make it to Hand Middle School 5:30-6:15am on Tuesdays and Thursdays and will continue to do so for many years to come! It's truly been blessed by a strong line of leaders. We're grateful to the current AOQ Phlegm and all who came before him.

Kenny G and the PAX of Woodshed delivered the 12 Years of Woodshed workout this morning.

The PAX celebrated some of the greatest hits from the past AOQs from crowd favorite Teddy Rocks and Teddy Rolls to the infamous Hee Haw squat.

Thank you for your continued leadership PAX. Let's keep EHing Sad Clowns in the Garners Ferry Rd area for years to come.

10 PAX gathered at Bad Daddy's Burger Bar in Forest Acres for a great time of food, fellowship and faith. A ha ha.

Quality war stories from the gloom, students going back to grade school and higher learning, Alter Boy taking a business call, questioning why Pearl has so many ducks and Motor Boat teleporting all the way from Gilbert, America to meet some new PAX!

Great seeing PAX from across F3 Columbia and Lexington will we get some Lake Murray representation next month!?
