We couldn’t close out our 2026 SCSAE Annual Conference posts without one more very special thank you!

Our incredible hosts, Jason Russo and the team at Hilton Garden Inn Summerville and Lowcountry Conference Center, went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. From the warm welcome to all the details that kept our conference running smoothly, their hospitality was felt throughout our time in Summerville.

And a huge thank you to Elizabeth Lambert with Explore Charleston! Elizabeth was an incredible partner before and throughout the conference, helping bring so many details together and making sure our attendees experienced the Southern hospitality at the heart of this year’s “All Y’all Belong” theme.

Jason, Elizabeth, and your teams, thank you for welcoming SCSAE with open arms and helping make the 2026 Annual Conference such a memorable one. Y’all truly showed us what Southern hospitality is all about! 👏

We wrapped up the 2026 SCSAE Annual Conference with one more morning of learning, networking, and connecting!

The morning included breakfast, a specialty coffee bar sponsored by Kiawah Island Golf Resort ☕, and time with our exhibitors, followed by our Closing Keynote, “Foresight Fluency: Building the Practice of Looking Ahead,” with Lowell Aplebaum. 🎤

We also enjoyed a few door prizes and got our first look at what’s ahead for the 2027 SCSAE Annual Conference! 👀

Monday evening at the 2026 SCSAE Annual Conference brought everyone together for our Awards Reception and Dinner sponsored by Hilton Garden Inn Summerville and Lowcountry Conference Center! 🥂

It was a chance to enjoy dinner, catch up with friends and colleagues, and celebrate another great day together in Summerville.

Attendees headed out for a Food & Beverage Tour sponsored by Explore Charleston, gathered for beverages sponsored by Cambria Hotel Columbia Downtown the Vista after weather moved the poolside networking indoors, hit the courts for Pickleball sponsored by DoubleTree Summerville Nexton, or learned a little Mahjong thanks to Explore Charleston. 🍹🏓🀄
