📑A New Chapter for EMI

After 14 years of faithful leadership, John Dallmann is retiring - and we are so grateful for the tremendous impact he has made at EMI. In his time as CEO, EMI saw significant growth, increased collaboration across offices, and the development of our mission, vision, and core values.

We are thrilled to announce that Brad Crawford has been selected as EMI's next CEO, beginning July 1st. Brad brings nearly 20 years of EMI experience across four offices, most recently serving as COO for the past 12 years and a deep commitment to the communities we serve.

We can't wait to see what God has in store for the next chapter. 🌏

And with that, another project trip is in the books! Muchísimas gracias to all of you who followed along and prayed for our team as we served in the Dominican Republic this week. I hope you felt like you were right there with us!

It is always such a blessing to be able to work alongside other Christian design professionals and a ministry that cares so much about its staff and the youth they serve. YoungLife is doing incredible work in Jarabacoa and I can’t wait to see how their ministry continues to grow over the next many years. A special thank you to for making the connection!
