You may have noticed a couple of child abuse stories in the local news over the past week or so. Summer is especially hard for kiddos living in abusive or unpredictable environments because they're not around their teachers who are mandatory reporters of child abuse.

It's a good time to remind the community - if you see something, say something! Anonymous reports of possible child abuse or neglect can be made to the Child Abuse & Neglect Hotline which is 1-844-CO-4-KIDS.
