Forge Evolution is hiring a Community Engagement Coordinator! 🎉
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in young people's lives while building community partnerships and sharing our story. The Community Engagement Coordinator will recruit, train, and support our volunteers, manage our social media and newsletter, create outreach materials, and represent Forge Evolution at community events — all while helping expand our impact.
Details:
Full-time, 40+ hours/week, exempt | $58,000/year | Includes up to two evening shifts per week plus occasional weekends | Benefits include paid holidays, PTO, dental & vision, and a Simple IRA
We're looking for someone with strong communication and organizational skills, experience with social media and Canva, and a passion for working with youth and volunteers. A degree in marketing, business, or nonprofit management (or equivalent experience) is required.
