Cincinnati City Council voted to pass an emergency street racing ordinance just one day after several people were arrested outside of Paycor Stadium.

The ordinance raises fines for those involved in street racing or takeovers and makes participation in a street takeover a first-degree misdemeanor under the Cincinnati Municipal Code.
