💙 25 YEARS. ONE INCREDIBLE COMMITMENT.

Meet Sue Baggott—one of Impact 100’s original members who has renewed her membership every single year for 25 years.

Sue grew up believing in giving back. Her grandfather encouraged her to use her talents to serve others, and that’s exactly what she’s done.

When she learned about Impact 100, she was captivated by the idea of women coming together, pooling their resources and making a transformational difference.

She didn’t just join. She jumped in.

Twenty-five years later, she’s still here—and still making an impact.

🎥 Hear Sue share why she joined and why she stayed.

“I’d love to join Impact 100, but I don’t have time.”
We hear you. Life is busy!

Here’s the thing: you don’t have to do it all.
Join when you can. Get involved when you want. Show up when life allows.

Your membership still makes a difference—and when hundreds of women do it together, that difference gets pretty BIG. 💙

There’s no “just” in being a member.

📚 How a Book Club Has Embraced the Mission of Impact 100

The Thousand Lives Book Club has roots that stretch back decades — childhood friendships, high school jobs, PTO boards, soccer teams, and years of shared stories. Today, that same spirit of connection has grown into something even more powerful.

Seven of the ten members have joined Impact 100, some recently and others more than a decade ago. They love learning about the Cincinnati community, supporting nonprofits that help it thrive, and connecting with incredible women across the city.

Their curiosity and openheartedness show up in everything they do — from serving on Grant Review Teams to creating beautiful décor for Impact 100 events. Decorating Committee Chair Nancy Kenkel says she finds “great joy in making our events more beautiful and fun,” while longtime member Laura Rupp values how collective giving magnifies her impact.

This group proves that when women come together — whether around a book or a mission — amazing things happen.

We’re honored to be featured at the next NKY Chamber Women’s Initiative Coffee Connect, on Tuesday, October 27!

At Impact 100, we believe that real community impact happens when women come together, pool their collective strength, and lift up the region we call home. Rain may have kept us off the tennis courts, but it didn't dampen a great evening at Cincinnati Tennis Club!

We gathered with friends and guests to share what makes Impact 100 special and how our collective giving is creating meaningful change in our community.

A special thank you to Zak Draznin of @ for giving us a glimpse into their work with children and families experiencing housing instability and the difference an Impact 100 grant can make.

The weather changed the plan, but not the purpose.

Queen Bee Weekend is almost here — and Impact 100 is ready to fly!

On October 9–10, our members, supporters, and friends will come together for one of Cincinnati’s most uplifting traditions: the Queen Bee Half Marathon & 4-Miler.

Runners and walkers who join the Impact 100 Queen Bee team receive a 25% race
discount, and everyone is invited to our pre- and post-race socials this fall.

Not racing? You can still support the team with a donation — every step and every cheer fuels impact across Greater Cincinnati. Let’s show the city what collective giving looks like in motion.
Run it.
Walk it.
Cheer it.
Impact it.
