As our 9th Past Chapter President and current Chapter Chaplain, Dr. Bates has demonstrated unwavering dedication, steadfast leadership, and a heart for service. From guiding our chapter through our sorority’s historic Centennial to navigating the challenges of the pandemic, her impact remains woven into the fabric of our sisterhood.

Indigenous Peoples’ Day celebrates the resilience, wisdom, and heritage of the First Nations.

Today, we celebrate the rich and diverse cultures, traditions, and contributions of Indigenous people throughout history. Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated is proud to celebrate the diversity that comprises our Sisterhood, and we honor the beautiful legacy of our indigenous brothers and sisters.

Sorors, let's use this day as an opportunity to educate ourselves, engage in meaningful conversations, and stand in solidarity with Indigenous people. Together, we can foster a more inclusive and equitable future for all.

Mental Health is not a sign of weakness, but a testament to our strength and resilience. World Mental Health Day is our way of recognizing and understanding that caring for our mental health and emotional well-being is just as crucial as our physical health.

Today, be intentional about checking on your loved ones - including your friends.

There’s not a certain ‘look’ - Just be kind. Encourage open conversations. Lend a listening ear, offer a hug or give someone a word of support, as they may be struggling in silence.
If that someone is you - remember that you are never alone on this journey.

Did you know? Nearly 300,000 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer this year, and 1 in 8 women in America will face it in their lifetime. While progress has been made, awareness alone isn’t enough.
For black and brown communities especially, the fight is even harder - resources and research haven’t always represented us. But Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated is working to change that.

A few of our members were pleased to attend the “Plan Your Vote!” nonpartisan educational seminar hosted by Phi Psi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., in collaboration with the Cincinnati Section of National Council of Negro Women, Inc.

The evening centered on voter education, understanding elected positions, and the importance of active community participation in every election. We appreciate the organizations, panelists, and community leaders who created space for an informative and meaningful conversation.

Thank you for the invitation and for continuing to encourage informed, engaged communities.

Painting the Cafe Pink with Purpose 💗
Saturday, September 26th & October 3rd

Join us as we paint the cafe pink in honor of our resident barista and momma, Vivian and all of the breast cancer warriors, in partnership with the American Cancer Society. For the month of October, we're serving our special Power of Pink menu alongside our fall sips, three specialty drinks crafted to raise awareness of this powerful cause:

🌸 Healing Bliss Tea: a soothing, floral blend made to comfort and restore
🍵 Pink Velvet Dragonfruit Matcha: our creamy matcha latte, reimagined in vibrant pink notes
☕ Pretty in Pink Latte: a smooth, signature cupcake latte with a pop of pink floral notes

While you sip, stop by our pumpkin painting station and paint a pumpkin pink to take home or leave with us — we'll be lining our doors with pink pumpkins as a visual reminder to our community about the importance of breast health awareness. Throughout October, round up your purchase at checkout to donate directly to the American Cancer Society.
