Some promises are forever. 💛

After losing his twin sister Megan to a rare pediatric cancer, Andy has refused to let her be forgotten.

Megan was a beloved Weish4Ever beneficiary whose strength, spirit, and resilience left a lasting impact on everyone who knew her. Today, Andy continues to honor the promise he made to her: to keep fighting, keep advocating, and keep sharing her story so more families never have to experience this kind of loss.

We are so grateful to see Megan’s legacy continue to live on through the people who loved her most, her moms, Ej Klages and Karen, and her twin brother Andy.

Thank you to People Magazine for sharing Megan and Andy’s story. 💛🎗️

During her freshman year of high school, Megan Sporny, 14, was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive cancer in her spinal cord. Despite trying everything, her cancer returned for the final time during her freshman year of college.

Even in the unknown, there is still so much to be grateful for. 💙

750 lives, 750 stories, 750 reasons to keep going 💙

Today, we’re honored to welcome Addie as our 750th Weish4Ever beneficiary. While this number represents a milestone for us, it also represents something so much bigger. A growing community of fighters, survivors, and AYAs who deserve support through every step of their journey.

Addie, we’re so grateful to have you as part of the Weish4Ever family.

To Antares Capital, our other corporate sponsors, and our supporters, we could not have reached this milestone without you, and we cannot thank you enough.

For adolescents and young adults, the financial burden goes far beyond medical bills. It’s fertility preservation, hospital parking, wigs and eyebrow microblading, travel for clinical trials, childcare, pet care, mental health support, and so much more.

These are just some of the hidden expenses that add up quickly, and no one should have to choose between their care and their quality of life.

This AYA Awareness Week, we’re honoring the strength of this community by bringing awareness to the real, everyday challenges they face, and why support systems like Weish4Ever matter more than ever. 💙
