🎉 Hey Rotary Family and Friends! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

We invite you to join us for the Polka Run 5K, a fun celebration of Lithuanian Heritage Weekend and the Lithuanian Folk Dance Festival!

Our club is proud to be a sponsor of this exciting event, and whether you’re a runner, jogger, or walker, you are welcome to participate. This is all about community, culture, fun, and movement!

Every participant will proudly earn a beautiful medal after crossing the finish line. 🏅

We would love to see you there—come cheer with us! Many of our Rotary members will be volunteering, handing out medals, and encouraging participants along the way.

This weekend we celebrated something truly special — our Rotary Club’s 18th Birthday! 🎉
Rotary is not only about “Service Above Self” — it’s also about friendship, family, laughter, and making beautiful memories together.
Our annual Rotary Family Bike Ride brought together adults and little ones for a wonderful day full of joy and energy. After the ride, we enjoyed a delicious lunch made with love and a beautiful birthday cake baked by the talented Renata! 🍰
We are so grateful to be part of this amazing Rotary family — with all our wonderful brothers and sisters who make every gathering feel like home.
Happy 18th Birthday to us! 🎂 Wishing ourselves many more years of friendship, service, and beautiful moments together!

To keep it looking fresh, welcoming, and inviting for everyone who stops by, we’ve given it a little refresh for the summer season. ☀️ thank you Eivydas!

Summer is finally here, so swing by, pick up a book, and enjoy a good read by the lake, on the porch, or under a shady tree. And when you’re done, don’t forget to bring a book back to share with the next reader!

Sleep in heavenly peace, dear Linas. You will be deeply missed. Your smile, your presence, your friendship, and your kind heart will always remain in our memories.

Members of the Rotary Club of Chicagoland Lithuanians participated at the District 6450 conference, "come together to unite for good". It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow Rotarians, hear inspiring stories, and learn more about important initiatives—especially the fight to end polio, including a powerful survivor’s Ina Pinkney "Breakfast Queen" story, and the impactful work of Disaster Aid USA shared by its president Wayne R. Beaumier. Unique opportunity to meet and chat with Rotary International President 2026-27 Olayinka "Yinka" Hakeem Babalola.
