Metamorphic Welcome to the Metamorphic Zone, where we laugh at the impossible and then do it!🔥

At Metamorphic International we believe that Development is more than a building or an institution, more than a project or a program, it's about PEOPLE. It's about helping people to flourish in life and control their futures, it's about helping people to dream and then live that dream. We do a Base Line study on every Community we work with and so especially tailor a program that will help them an

d will transform them. We do not exist to do projects, we exist to transform lives, to transform Communities.

"I have learned that Kingdom churches exist not only to serve believers, but also to care for the people and communities around them. Issues such as drunkenness, prostitution, and drug abuse are not just societal problems—they are also our responsibility. These challenges present opportunities for us to bring transformation and development within our communities.

I have also learned the importance of building meaningful relationships with community members, including those who hold influence and resources. Through these connections, we can work together to bring lasting change.

As pastors, we have not always given much attention to business. However, I now understand the importance of starting, planning, and growing sustainable businesses. With the knowledge I have gained, I am committed to improving my primary school—planning more effectively, creating a clear budget, and using it as a platform to impact the community.

I believe this will enable me to add greater value to both my church and the community we serve."

God is at work—through this testimony from our Metachurch Leader in Uganda, John Hakuza. The journey doesn’t end here—this is just the beginning of greater impact ahead.

" I am deeply grateful for the excellent training we have received. Through this experience, I have learned that as a Kingdom church, we are called to care for our communities, recognising that many people within them may not yet be believers. Nevertheless, we are called to love, serve, and support them unconditionally.

We have also come to understand that the church is God’s business. This has opened our eyes to the importance of starting our own businesses—ones that not only sustain us financially but also positively impact the church and meet the needs within our communities.

Through the profits from these businesses, we aim to give back by equipping people with skills and by reaching out to those in prisons and hospitals. We have learned that business is not about selfish gain, but about enabling us to live generously. It allows us not only to share the Gospel but also to demonstrate it through tangible acts of love and provision."

An inspiring testimony from our Metachurch Leader in Uganda, Joan Harriet Kisakye.

After completing the bootcamp earlier this year, Christine Namanya from Uganda shares how Metamorphic’s training has transformed her life and ministry:

"I am truly grateful for this wonderful training and for the impactful work led by each and every one at Metamorphic. Before this, it felt as though we were in darkness, but this training has brought a bright light into our lives.

I have learned what it truly means to establish a Kingdom church. While studying God’s Word has always been valuable, this training has deepened my understanding and opened my eyes even more.

I have gained practical insight into how to connect with my community and show genuine care for its people. Because of this, I now feel inspired and confident to step into leadership roles within my community, trusting that I can make a meaningful impact. I have also learned how to lead others effectively and contribute to community transformation.

In addition, I now understand the importance of business development. As a pastor, I recognize that I should not rely solely on church offerings for support, but instead work diligently to provide for myself and bless the community.

I am committed to sharing these principles through my church, with other pastors, and throughout my community."

Charlse Kizito, a MetaChurch leader from Uganda, recently completed the bootcamp and is now sharing his journey through Metamorphic’s transformational training:

" I am Charlse Kizito from Uganda. The training we have received from Metamorphic has made a significant impact on our lives and ministry. Before, I did not understand the difference between a “cave church” and a Kingdom church, as my focus was mainly on caring for those who came to church. Now, I am committed to loving and caring for all people in the community as well.

I would like to sincerely thank Metamorphic and all the supporters for making this training accessible to us. Many of us begin ministry without any formal training, which can be a disadvantage and may even lead to churches closing. However, through this training, I am growing, and I believe the community will come to trust me more.

I have also learned that as a pastor, I can engage in business and succeed. In the past, we attempted different businesses without proper knowledge, but now I understand how to create budgets, develop business plans, apply marketing strategies, and build a clear business vision. This vision is not only for my personal benefit, but also to support my family, my church, and the wider community.

I am deeply grateful to God for what I have learned through this training, and I believe it will greatly benefit both my church and my community."

Annet is a MetaChurch leader from Uganda who recently completed the bootcamp earlier this year. She is now sharing her experience from the transformational training with Metamorphic:

“My name is Annet, and I am from Mityana, Uganda. I truly thank God for the transformational training and for all the wonderful supporters behind it. Throughout this journey, I realised that I had been operating within what I would call a ‘cave church.’ Now, I feel inspired to begin a new expression of church—starting right where I am, with the people around me, including those I once overlooked or even despised, such as drunkards and troublemakers.

I now see that God has placed me in this community as a leader and pastor to guide its growth and progress. Many people here are struggling with poverty, and much of their income is often spent on alcohol, leaving little for their families or future. As their pastor, I am committed to living out what I have learned—being a positive example and a source of encouragement to them.

As a starting point, I raised one pig. Now, I plan to develop this into a sustainable business by building more pigsties, purchasing piglets, and renting land to grow maize for pig feed. Through this initiative, I hope to create job opportunities and help develop skills within my community.

I have gained so much knowledge, and my life has been deeply transformed. I truly believe this transformation will have a lasting impact on my entire community. May God richly bless Metamorphic and all our supporters.”

For many children in under-served schools, the lack of clean water and safe toilets isn’t just inconvenient — it affects their health, their education and their future. 🌍💧

Meet Khou Youu, a student at Primary School in Cambodia. Not long ago, students like Khou faced the daily challenge of learning without access to safe water and adequate sanitation. Conditions like these make it harder for children to stay healthy, stay in school and focus on their future.

But that story is beginning to change.

Through our SWASHE project, Youu's school now has access to safe water and improved sanitation facilities — creating a healthier place for students like Youu to learn and grow. And there are many more schools still waiting. You can help bring this transformation to the next school.
Visit https://metamorphic.global/wwd/ and be part of the impact today. 💙✨
