SPARC Worldwide

SPARC Worldwide Support. Propel. Achieve. Run Club. We are a fully accredited 501(c)(3) non profit organization. What does this mean?

SPARC is excited to announce that we are now a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. It made sense for us to make this move, because we feel that this will help us extend our reach and help open new avenues to impact our local and global community. Nothing will change as far as our group runs and pop up runs go, but be on the lookout for more opportunities for you to donate and help our community. Ou

r vision is to meet people where they are and to help SUPPORT and PROPEL them to ACHIEVE their mental, spiritual, and physical goals. Check out our new website at www.sparcworldwide.org to see how you can donate and stay up to date on upcoming events. You will have an opportunity to purchase some very cool merchandise soon. All support and donations will be given back to the community to fill an unmet need, and to help subsidize the cost of running gear, so those less fortunate can also enjoy the sport of running.

Unity In Community: September ’26
Jalil Howe

I have always been into running, but it was mostly just a couple miles to stay fit. I got into a car accident a couple years ago, and physical therapy wasn’t working for me so I started jogging back up and found my love for it again. Before, I used to just go out and run however many miles, but now, I train to improve on speed and longer distances.

Seeing people come together, supporting each other, and pushing beyond their limits keeps me motivated to keep showing up everyday. One thing I love about SPARC is it’s a family, and as much as everyone says I motivate them, they motivate me more to do the runs I do.

The accomplishment I’m most proud of is the Seven Cities Run, where I ran through all seven cities in one day. The entire experience—from training with runners from SPARC to the incredible support along the way and everyone who showed up at the Neptune statue—made it truly unforgettable. It was more than just a run; it was a community experience I’ll always be proud.

Scattered thunderstorms all over the forecast, but somehow the storms missed us tonight!

And we’re glad they did.

Big thank you to INTEGRITY Skin & DermCare for opening up their space and hosting the crew tonight. And shoutout to Carmélisse/Matcha for serving up some seriously good matcha.

The music was bumpin’.
The matcha was matcha-ing.
The miles were being milessss’d.

Just good people, and another C’MONDAY night doing what we love. It was a vibe!

Have a great week, Fam! 💥

Slightly cooler temps. Shorter days. DARK MODE is upon us. This C’MONDAY, we’re switching things up and running from INTEGRITY Skin & DermCare .

And our friends from Carmélisse/Matcha are joining us too. Super excited to finally try their stuff because we’ve been hearing GOOD things.

Come run. Hang out. Get some matcha.

As always. Invite a friend and bring the squad! See ya soon, Fam! 💥

Final stop of the Dog Daze Summer Tour. Old faces. New faces. A lot of miles together.

There’s so much to be thankful for. It’s a blessing to be surrounded by a community that continues to show up for each other, week after week.

Huge thank you to Brian from Winding Way Run Co. for coming out and raffling off race entries for Haunts & Hallows.

Shoutout to Kali DeBaun for sharing some love for J&A Racing norfolk harbor half. Use KALI10 for 10% off your race entry.

And show Brett King some love as he raises money on his road to the NYC Marathon. He’s got some pretty cool prizes up for grabs, too.

Summer moves fast. Grateful we got to spend part of it with all of you.

Have a great week, Fam! See ya next week! 💥

Our Dog Daze Summer Tour is coming to an end, and somehow summer flew by.

For parents, school is starting back up. For others, fall race season is around the corner. Cooler miles are ahead. So many good things to look forward to.

But summer gives us a chance to switch things up, explore different neighborhoods, run new routes, and experience our community together in a different way.

This Monday, we’re wrapping it all up at Back Bay’s Farmhouse .

Pull up for the Dog Daze Summer Tour finale.

And don’t worry. This isn’t the end of Monday runs.

…DARK MODE season is coming.

Double lakes. Double the fun! Oak Grove is always one of the best runs of the summer.

Raise your hand if you got any mosquito bites. 🙋🏽‍♂️😂

Please save the date. Next week is our final Dog Daze Summer Tour run of the summer! And we’re closing it out with a banger!

Big shoutout to our sponsors, Propel Fitness Water for keeping us hydrated throughout the summer! Y’all are goated!

Lastly, KIT A KID is still going on. If you or someone you know has kids that are pursuing a sport, please have them apply.

Love y’all! Have a great week, Fam! 💥

“…because not every workout will be perfect, but every run is a win.”
