Sing along time!🎤
We are the Virginia Rugby Football Club (VRFC), a D3 Men’s social club playing in the Capital Rugby Union Men’s D3 south league.
This video was taken on September 19th, 2026 by our home field at 1170 River Road Charlottesville, Virginia. Immediately after our scrimmage that took place in lieu of a season opening match.
This was the social after our rugby scrimmage, where our coach lead us in singing a PG rugby song on the account there are friends and family present. It is the “Beer song”, derived from “Do-Re-Mi” from The Sound Of Music. The lyrics are as follows:

Even though we didn’t all know the lyrics or know how to sing, we still powered through together as team. We are grateful to every teammates who joined us to make this scrimmage happen. And we hope you will join us too🫵
That’s right, this is a recruitment post all along. We’re always looking for new players to join us, no matter your level of experience. So join us today. Our practices are every Tuesday and Thursday evening, 6:30-8:30PM at our home field at 1170 River Road Charlottesville, Virginia.

我們是維吉尼亞橄欖球俱樂部，是一支男子社會丙組球隊，隸屬於首都橄欖球聯盟旗下的男子丙組南方聯盟。
這支影片拍攝於2026年9月19日在我們的主場，位於維吉尼亞州夏綠地村河流路1170號。時間在我們剛剛打完取代賽季開幕賽的練習賽之後。
這是在練習賽打完之後的社交時間，由我們的教練帶領全隊唱一首適合兒童觀賞的橄欖球歌；有鑑於當時有親友在場。唱的歌是改編於《真善美》中的「Do-Re-Mi」的「啤酒之歌」�
