It’s day! Let’s talk about KidsWell 👩🏾‍⚕️🩺💙

Founded in 2011, delivers KidsWell in partnership with MUSC Children's Health and Fetter Health Care Network. This program offers primary and preventative healthcare, mental and behavioral screenings, chronic disease management, and follow-up care on-site at all CPN partner schools. By coordinating resources in a trusted environment, ensures every student is healthy, supported, and ready to learn.

KidsWell also delivers bilingual workshops to promote health literacy for the incredible caregivers in our Neighborhood. Be sure to track our socials for info on these throughout the year 🗓️

Last week, Elevation Church showed our Neighborhood what LOVE Week is all about! 🧡

Our incredible partners hosted a fun-filled Movie Night at Chicora Elementary School, complete with pizza and theater candy, treated our dedicated staff to a wonderful employee appreciation breakfast, and generously presented CPN with a $25,000 gift to help fuel our mission.

We are incredibly grateful for this partnership and for the heart Elevation Church continues to pour into our students, families, and community. Thank you for investing in the work we do and the future we’re building together!

Team CPN had the most incredible day yesterday touring the Hyatt House Charleston new The Lowline Hotel on King Street! Lowline staff was kind enough to show us their beautiful rooms, Charleston’s highest rooftop bar, Point, and a delicious lunch at the Leeward Restaurant and Patio 🍽️

This was a great way to connect with one of our community’s newest members! We are humbled and grateful for this blooming partnership, and excited to see where it goes 🏨🧡
