It’s day! Let’s talk about KidsWell 👩🏾‍⚕️🩺💙

Founded in 2011, delivers KidsWell in partnership with MUSC Children's Health and Fetter Health Care Network. This program offers primary and preventative healthcare, mental and behavioral screenings, chronic disease management, and follow-up care on-site at all CPN partner schools. By coordinating resources in a trusted environment, ensures every student is healthy, supported, and ready to learn.

KidsWell also delivers bilingual workshops to promote health literacy for the incredible caregivers in our Neighborhood. Be sure to track our socials for info on these throughout the year 🗓️
