Boys & Girls Club of Burlington Our Boys & Girls Club helps 250 kids each day to build their own great future by being a safe place, developing character and supporting academic success.

The Boys & Girls Club of Burlington (www.bandgclub.org) Vermont has been a cornerstone for youth services in the Old North End of the city for 78 years. Our mission is to inspire and enable community youth, especially those who need us most, to realize their full potential as productive, healthy, responsible and caring citizens. We offer programs for youth in grades K - 12 from our two locations i

n Burlington: our main Clubhouse on Oak Street and from the Integrated Arts Academy at HO Wheeler. The Club has a current enrollment of 520 full time members. Shifts in population, enrollment status, frequency of drop-ins, and migrating families mean that we actually serve upwards of 250 members annually and, as an extension, more than 1,000 community youth and families through our many outreach activities. The Club has long fulfilled the need for a safe, constructive and fun place for the youngsters living in the neighborhoods of the Old North End of Burlington and Winooski. Through our comprehensive programming, our members learn valuable life skills that help them to avoid high risk behaviors and overcome obstacles to success.

While we fell short of our fundraising goal, we are incredibly grateful for the generosity and support shown through our Bids for Kids Auction.

Because of you, more children and teens will have the opportunity to experience a summer filled with adventure, friendship, learning, and growth. Summer camp has never been more important—it provides a safe, fun, and supportive environment where young people can thrive, build confidence, and create lasting memories.
