Skagit/Island Counties Builders Association (SICBA) SICBA is an association of members in the building industry or members who support the building industry. Why?

All members must be licensed, registered and insured in the State of Washington. SICBA is the Skagit/Island Counties Builders Association, but what most people don't realize, is that SICBA is made up of local businesses of ALL KINDS, not just Builders! No matter what you are IN SEARCH OF (ISO), you should always START with SICBA. All members of SICBA are required to be LICENSED, REGISTERED & INSU

RED in the State of Washington. When you START with SICBA and hire a SICBA Member, you will always know they are a legitimate business. In addition, you have the backing of the Association in case you need help with the SICBA Member you hired. Refer 2 companies that apply for SICBA membership by July 31 and receive 2 free tickets to the Seattle Mariners game on August 8.
