The Tulip Run is a family-friendly relatively flat and fast rural 10k & 2-mile course.

The Tulip Run is a family-friendly relatively flat and fast rural course at the Skagit Regional Airport. The 10K course consists of mostly hard packed gravel trails with a small portion being on the road where as the 2-mile will be about half road, half trail.

Our Story

The Skagit Valley's Premier Running Event. Fast and relative flat 2 and, new this year, 10K runs through the trails at the Skagit Regional Airport. This event is hosted by Skagit Runners, a non-profit running club based in the beautiful Skagit Valley in Northwest Washington State. This race was started 34 years ago in conjunction with the Tulip Festival and was moved to the current site at the Port of Skagit away from most of the congestion associated with the activities of the festival. There are no tulip fields in this race but they are much more enjoyed tip toeing through them after the race!
