The team just got a whole lot stronger — say hello to Cordelia Shortell and Léo Moreno! 👏

We’re so excited to introduce two incredible additions to the Resolution Project team:

✨ Cordelia Shortell joins us as Program Coordinator for Fellow Experience. Born in Hong Kong and raised between Singapore and Montréal, she brings a global perspective to the role. A graduate of NYU with a background in International Relations and Data Science, Cordelia honed her skills through an internship with the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs. 🌍📚

✨ Léo Moreno is joining as Program Coordinator for Partnerships and Resources. A proud Rutgers Business School grad and Enactus alumnus, Léo’s passion for social impact has deep roots, from designing community-driven ventures as a student entrepreneur to interning with Resolution Project and witnessing firsthand what it means to champion young leaders. We’re thrilled to have him back. 💼🌱

This past April, we brought our Social Venture Challenge to the Caribbean for the first time, as part of the Beyond the Beach Summit in Kingston, Jamaica. 11 university teams pitched bold, impact-driven ventures to entrepreneurs, investors, and ecosystem builders — and after a competitive round of 6 finalists, we are proud to welcome two exceptional changemakers into the Resolution community:

Shanta Osbourne – The Jamaica Identity Project
Providing workforce development opportunities for young mothers in Kingston, Jamaica.

Emily Spence – ThinkBright Mini-Society
Empowering children through financial literacy and entrepreneurship simulations in Westmoreland, Jamaica.

Both founders will receive seed funding, mentorship, and access to resources. We can’t wait to see the growth of their ventures and the impact they will have on their communities.💙
