Fifty years, in the blink of an eye 🌱🥰 Can you believe we’ve been serving audiences as New England’s puppet theater for over fifty years?!

In these photos, you can see our founder, visionary educator and puppeteer Mary Churchill, working on the theater’s window display. A lot has changed over the years, and yet — our community still gets excited when they see our colorful, carefully-curated window!

This heartwarming reflection was shared with us by an anonymous audience member after a performance by We Wiggle Dolls last fall as part of our Puppets at Night series. We often hear from families that our intimate, friendly space is welcoming to children and toddlers; It’s great to hear our space is being equally appreciated by adults and teens!

Electric and eclectic, Puppet Showplace Theater is welcome to any and all who wish to join in on the live puppet theater fun! 💜
