Via Mobility Services Via Mobility Services is a community transit provider and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Via is a full-spectrum mobility manager.

Our mission services provide accessible on-demand transportation and mobility options counseling (information and referral) for older adults, people with disabilities, low-income individuals, and others living with low-mobility options. Via operates as a social enterprise model that implements the HOP and FlexRide routes through earned-income contracts with the City of Boulder.

🚐 A Week Without Driving. A New Perspective.

Boulder Mayor Aaron Brockett and his daughter, Brook, joined Via Mobility Services for a ride-along during , experiencing firsthand the important role accessible transportation plays in our community.

When plans changed unexpectedly, our dispatch team quickly coordinated another ride, giving Mayor Brockett an opportunity to see how Via Mobility Services supports riders with significant mobility needs.

For many of our neighbors, going without a car isn’t a weeklong challenge. It’s everyday life. Reliable, accessible transportation provides independence, connection, and access to essential services.

As a local nonprofit, Via Mobility Services is proud to help keep our community moving.

For many people in our community, every week is a week without driving.

This , Boulder Mayor Pro Tem Tara Winer and City Councilmember Tina Marquis joined rider Terry Chapin and driver Mark Simon to see firsthand how accessible transportation helps non-drivers and people with disabilities get to medical appointments, the grocery store, work, and time with friends and family.

Today we pause to remember September 11, 2001- the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the first responders and everyday heroes who ran toward danger to help others.

At Via Mobility Services, service to our community is at the heart of everything we do. On this Patriot Day, we honor that same spirit of courage and care in the first responders, service members, and community heroes who continue to answer the call, then and now.

We remember. We are grateful. We will never forget.

Frederick seniors (age 60+) and people with special abilities have access to Via Mobility Services, a free transportation service designed to help residents stay independent and connected.

Via provides rides for medical appointments, therapy, grocery shopping, senior centers, social activities, employment, and more. Pre-paid grocery delivery is also available within the Carbon Valley.

Service details:
- Available Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 3 pm
- Service within Frederick, Firestone, Dacono, Boulder, Longmont, Louisville, and Lafayette (some routes may be limited)
- Open to seniors 60+, people with permanent or temporary disabilities, qualifying youth riders, and income-qualified households
