We're thrilled to welcome Luciano H.Ramos as FamilyAid's next President & CEO!

Throughout his career, Luciano has built community partnerships, secured intensive services for under-resourced communities and led initiatives that expanded economic opportunity for families struggling with poverty. Most recently, he served as Assistant Dean for Partnerships, Engagement and Advancement at Boston University School of Public Health, following leadership roles at Roxbury Community College and UMass Boston.

"I am honored to join FamilyAid and to support the dedicated staff and partners who work every day to strengthen families facing housing insecurity," said Ramos. "FamilyAid's mission aligns deeply with the values shaped by my career and lived experience, and I look forward to working alongside our team and community to expand our impact and help families move from stability to lasting self-sufficiency."
