Everything we do is rooted in one belief: every young person deserves a real chance. Our programs provide academic, social and emotional support that helps youth feel seen, capable and prepared for the future. When young people have space to grow, explore and build confidence, entire communities benefit. This is the future we are investing in every day.

⚙️ Built For Our Kids
Culturally relevant learning. Hands‑on projects.
Small‑group support from adults who understand their world. Because youth shouldn’t have to fit the program — the program should fit them.

Diego came to BICD behind in math. With steady support he caught up and moved into the next grade. His progress is real and it reflects what happens when our students feel seen, supported, and challenged. Give today to help more students grow.

We serve youth first, and we stand alongside everyone connected to their success. Students come to us for safe, supportive learning environments that help them grow academically, socially and emotionally. Families partner with us because they want programs that guide and challenge their children. Schools work with us to strengthen support around students. Our community grows stronger when we move together.

Our work is rooted in relationships and reflected in consistent outcomes. Each year we support more than 500 students with wellness and social emotional care and deliver more than 268 hours of hands-on STEAM learning. Over 60 percent of participating youth leave more interested in STEM careers, and more than 1,800 young people have been reached since this work began. These numbers tell the story of impact that lasts.

🎯 Why We Exist
We back youth and families where support is thin.

Leadership grows when young people get real chances to lead. At BICD, students take on project roles, make decisions in group activities and learn how to guide and collaborate with peers. They practice responsibility, communication and follow-through in a supportive environment. Leadership becomes something they can do with confidence, not just something they hear about.
