Last week on World Day Against Trafficking in Persons, Audrey and Sonja traveled to D.C. to accept a grant award from the Foundation as part of their No Room for Trafficking Initiative. These funds will support our summer employment programming as well as economic empowerment initiatives for our mentees throughout the year.

We are very excited to announce that Sonja Solberg Potter is now our Co-Executive Director alongside Audrey Morrissey. Sonja has been part of our team for over 13 years and we could not be more thrilled to have her step into this role. Major sporting events can bring heightened risks of trafficking and s*xual exploitation. With the World Cup fast approaching, our team has been working closely with state leaders and other nonprofits to strengthen our capacity and ensure that any child who experiences exploitation receives the services and care they deserve.
