We provide comfort and dignity to children in traumatic situations and enrich childhoods that have been impacted by abuse and neglect.

Thank you to Your Fairy Godmother for donating Good Nite Bags to the Wonderfund! Each bag contains a hand-knitted blanket, pajamas, a storybook, and a stuffed animal 🧸🌙

IMPACT: backpack is a wrap!!! 🎒🎒👏

This summer, the Wonderfund provided 5,131 backpacks filled with school supplies to DCF offices across Massachusetts 📓✏️

Beyond just backpacks, we also provide new clothing (including school uniform polos 👕), hygiene products 🧼, and enrichment grant funding for fall activities ⚽️🎨🥋🏈

We’re so grateful to play a small role in helping children and teens involved with DCF feel prepared, confident, and ready to start the school year strong ⭐️

We’re still aglow from a fantastic IMPACT: backpack Packing Event!! 🎒🤩⭐️

Volunteers joined us at Cisco Brewers Seaport to pack an incredible 3,500 backpacks in a single afternoon! 💪

For youth involved with MA DCF, a new backpack filled with school supplies provides more than just the essentials. It gives them something of their own to carry into the classroom and helps them feel prepared, confident, and ready to start the school year alongside their peers 🏫📚✏️

Last week, we hosted our annual Outdoor Movie Night with Granite Telecommunications 🍿🎥

The evening brought together hundreds of DCF foster families and Granite community members for a night filled with fun, connection, and unforgettable memories 🧡 From local food trucks, face painting, and balloon art to a sunset screening of Zootopia, there was something for everyone to enjoy!

A huge thank you to Granite Telecommunications for hosting such an incredible event and helping create a special evening for foster families 🌅✨

Every child deserves to have the basics.

When a child enters DCF care, there’s rarely time to wait. Thanks to our supporters, DCF social workers across Massachusetts have immediate access to duffle bags, clothing, socks and underwear, hygiene products, and other essentials so they can focus on caring for children, not searching for supplies.

Welcome Krish Vasisht, Operations and Event Coordinator! 🌟

Krish is joining us as part of Northeastern University’s co-op program. He’s a rising junior studying Finance and Supply Chain Management. In his free time, you can find him out on the Ultimate Frisbee field 🥏

We’re so excited and grateful to have Krish’s help in the warehouse and at volunteer events through our busy holiday season! 👏👏

Thank you B-FLEXION for packing 250 backpacks for our IMPACT: backpack initiative! 🎒⭐️

Every backpack is filled with essential school supplies 📓✏️ and will be distributed to a child or teen involved with the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families 🚚📦 helping kids go back to school with confidence, dignity, and the supplies they need to succeed.

We were so grateful to join Focus Partners Wealth as their nonprofit partner at their Regional Advisor Conference!

Employees packed 700 textured hair care kits for children involved with the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families 🧡🧴 Each kit contains shampoo, conditioner, spray gel, a boar brush, edge brush, wide tooth comb, rat tail comb, rubber bands, and a bonnet or durag.
